Heard lots of positive feedback about the workshop! A few suggestions as well to jot down before I forget:
* more coffee
* Connect online + f2 participants, eg) project a twitter feed to help connect with online participants, develop some facilitation strategies
* photos of spaces presenters will be using in advance (helps them with planning)
* better signage
* schedule so final day isn’t Friday (many participants leave early so doesn’t cut into weekend). Maybe Wed/Thurs?

Might think of more later!

Hello ETUG folks – we can use this stream to share links, resources, etc

Hi Everyone, rooms look good. For session in Patenaude 303…intentionally setup as an open space with chairs set funrther back theatre stye but can easily move chairs closer or in small groups as you wish.

Checked site for workshop and all good. We’ve got tables with a few powerbars setup in all rooms so you can power up your devices as need be.

I just discovered a neat feature if you’re looking to print out a customized schedule.

- Go to the ETUG schedule: http://etug.ca/spring-workshop-2011-schedule/
- Click ’print friendly’ at the bottom
- Mouse over the sessions you won’t be attending and an option to delete will appear.

You’ll end up with just a list of what you plan to do at the workshop.
